Justin graduated from the University of New Brunswick with a Master's in English and creative writing. He has worked with the CHILD Studies staff since January 2009, contributing to a number of projects. He is a freelance writer, researcher, and knowledge translator currently based out of Ottawa, Ontario. In 2010, he earned his Master of Arts degree from the University of New Brunswick, majoring in English literature and creative writing. His thesis, written under the supervision of award-winning novelist and short story writer Mark Jarman, was a novel entitled Gorilla Girl. For the past 7 years, he have worked as a researcher, knowledge translator, and data analyst on 8 nationally-funded projects. His work has appeared in Biological Research for Nursing, The Journal of Perinatal & Neonatal Nursing, and The Journal of Emotional and Behavioral Disorders, among other peer-reviewed journals.
