TRAINEE OPPORTUNITIES

Dr. Nicole Letourneau is continually seeking outstanding graduate and post-doctoral trainees from nursing, pediatrics, community health sciences, psychiatry, psychology,  education, interdisciplinary or other disciplines to work on projects in the program for their trainee research.

Currently planned studies awaiting a trainee include, but are not limited to the examination of:

  • Attachment and parent-infant relationships,
  • Parent and child/youth mental health,
  • Genetics and epigenetics linked to mental heath and resilience in children/youth,
  • Systematic reviews of interventions to promote healthy parent and child outcomes, and
  • Maternal distress, neuroendocrinology and infant development.
